Aprille McMahon

Hi, I’m Aprille, a Clinical Nutrition Therapist and Lifestyle Health Coach, and I will soon be a qualified counsellor with a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I’m also a qualified teacher, a wife, and a mother of two young adults. I understand that life can feel like a constant juggle of responsibilities, and it is easy for your own well-being to slip to the bottom of the list. My work is about helping you create realistic, compassionate steps towards better health and emotional wellbeing, so you feel more supported, resourced, and able to care for yourself as well as those you love.

I also know that the mind is one of the most powerful parts of who we are – and with the right support, it can become an ally rather than something that feels out of control. The way your brain works, how your gut feels, and the health of your body are all closely connected. When we work together, we will focus on a simple but powerful idea: eat well, think well, feel well – because feeling good really does feel great, and you deserve to experience that in your everyday life.

Nutrition and health are easy to push aside until the day you realise that if you want to feel better, something needs to change. With supportive nutrition and a lifestyle that works in the real world, it is possible to shift your energy, mood, and well-being. You do not have to overhaul everything at once – small, guided changes can help you feel more in control of your health and more like yourself again.

My clients include women and men across all stages of life, as well as teenagers and children. I support people with a wide range of concerns, including weight management, digestive issues, diabetes, heart health, fatigue, cancer support, menopause, children’s behaviour, work and family stress, exercise planning, and time management. Whatever you are facing, we can work together to create a realistic plan that fits your life and moves you towards feeling healthier and more in control.

You don’t need to do this on your own, and there is nothing wrong with asking for help – in fact, most successful people have support behind them. Together, we will focus on small, realistic changes that can make a big difference over time.
